Everyone knows by now that Carlotta Oddi is not only Anna Dello Russo's assistants, but she's unbelievably chic. The young Italian gal is by far one of my fashion inspirations. With her boss being extremely eccentric with everything she wears, it's a shock that Oddi stays true to her own personal style. Her style stamp has definitely been recognized in the industry.
It has to do with the way she puts everything together, the end result is a product that looks unique and not picked out from a catalog. Now,

"personal style" and Oddi is a great example of making pieces morph into your outfit and closet to make it your own.
