TADASHI SHOJI SPRING 2014 RTW

Tadashi Shoji Spring 2014 Ready-to-Wear

Tadashi's collection embodies feministic qualities that tells a romantic and dreamy story. It looked like each model  floated on clouds when they glided down the runway and every piece had an immense level of intricate detail. Transporting these gowns from the runway to real life, you know that they would turn heads a million times over while the dress catches the wind. Tadashi did it again!

HONOR SPRING 2014 READY-TO-WEAR

Honor Spring 2014 Ready-to-Wear

This was one of the first shows of New York Fashion Week, and I fell in love. The designer, Giovanna Randall created a collection with a bit more edge with a touch of sophistication compared to her past collections.  Randall's inspiration for her ready-to-wear collection was Wednesday Addams, from the Addams family. Pointed collars and that too cool for school girl vibe is very contagious and attractive.
The details of the laser cut floral prints on the bottom of the pants and shorts creates a touch of feminine flare to an edgier than usual collection. I love it all!

Tommy Ton in New York, capturing the gorgeous ladies and their fabulous style. Fashion week has been a mix of everything and that also includes the street style looks. Ladylike get ups to bare midriffs.
Either way you slice it, I like it!

Thankfully, the dare to bare midriff has been walking down most runways this week for Spring 2014 and I'm tickled. September has rolled in, cooler weather is slowly coming and I'm thinking about how I can't wait to bare it next spring. It never hurts to plan/think ahead! Always be prepared, as I always like to say.

Next spring guys! NEXT SPRING!
