Hermes Fall 2014 RTW

One of the last shows shown in Paris was this ultra fabulous, ultra oversized, and ultra menswear inspired collection by Hermes. I can see it, it's Katherine Hepburn meets Diane Keaton, meets today's chic modern women. I can only imagine that this is what the cool girls wear. The oversized pant with menswear inspired written all over it. And may I add, the personal touch of the pocket square is definitely what I would say "on point!". 

The unspoken hidden sexy with an oversized coat and nothing underneath? Or perhaps a lace number from La Perla, who knows. It's a complete and utter surprise and now THAT is what you call sexy! 

Simplicity at it's best.

Tibi Fall 2014 RTW 

These are my favorite looks from Tibi's Fall Collection, I mean where do I even begin? Everything speaks to me, and do you want to know what its saying? It's saying "TAKE ME AND PUT ME ON YOUR BODY RIGHT NOW!" 

From hats to oversized coats to the scarf placement, it's all fabulous and all too perfect. The minimal attitude and the simplistic quality is not only attractive, but it's lingering. It makes you gravitate towards it even more. It's like one of those fabulous simple looking chocolate cakes that is delightful at the initial bite, but then the lingering taste makes your taste buds desire the whole entire cake. It's addicting & I can't get enough (cake AND minimalism).

Some delightful goodies from Jason Wu's Fall 2014 RTW collection shown during fashion week in New York. A lot of fur and croc bags, and shiny patent leather heels. From a beautiful grey to satisfy the neutral palette gals to dark jewel tones to tickle every girls inner darker mood for fall.

The sheer craze this coming up spring has been endless! When you think sheer, it could go incredibly wrong or incredibly chic. This here, are chic ways of tackling the new trend. It has the right amount of sex appeal without screaming for THAT kind of attention. It's the "I'm covered, yet NOT!" trend. You're completely covered, but the sheer notes add that pop of unexpected element that ties everything together.

It's full, it's classic, it's chic, it's the full skirt trend that we've seen numerous times during fashion week. It's the fabulous way of creating a lady-like look with just the snap of the finger (poof...) it's a full skirt. It creates shape for the not so curvy gals and it oozes femininity and class. You could pair this skirt with just about anything! Leather jacket, crop top, dress shirt, I mean, the possibilities are endless. The full skirt will be one of your stables for spring and it's going to be an essential piece in your closet! I promise you!

One of the most crazed and favored trends is the crop top trend and I'm sure many of us are thrilled to see the 90s crop continue for Spring 2014. The trend came down the runway at countless shows and each crop top was paired with many different bottoms. Full skirts, a-line skirts to wide leg pants, it's a great way to mix up your style. Not only for next spring, but for this fall/winter as well!

Another frequent trend on the runway for Spring 2014, the minimalism trend. The effortless chic with minimal touches. It's clean and crisp, no need for over accessorizing or over the top prints and materials. It's the quintessential way of saying "action speaks louder than words," or should I say "clothes speak louder than words." It's the fashion equivalent of making everyone see that the minimal get up tells people more about the person before they even speak. The simple and confident way of saying "I don't need to fuss with anything else, I'm good as is." 

That's complete and utter confidence, no?

Fashion week from New York, London, Milan to Paris there has been a reoccurring trend, the ALL WHITE trend. Head to toe with a clean and crisp hue to brighten up spring/summer 2014. The fresh hue appeared at countless shows and each designer created their own twist.

I do love an all white outfit and it's only natural to be excited like a kid in a candy store over this trend. You don't have to wait till next year to rock the all white ensemble. An all winter white get up is in our near future!

The best way to sum up Puglisi's collection is tropical, edgy, S&M chic! 

Palm trees, leather on top of leather, and belt strap bras! It's a combination that sounds odd but it works SO well. As you keep looking at each look you probably thought to yourself, "Ok...ok..oh! Oh okay!"

It's the type of collection you wear when you're on "that" type of mood, it's the certain dress and skirt you wear on vacation at a tropical area, it's the belt strap bra & skirt that you want to be out all night and party in, and on certain days the collection you want to be comfortable and shop in! It's a little of everything that molds into this fantastic piece of fashion specimen that you just want to shout out and say "GIVE ME!"
